Your card is free, but if you should need an additional or replacement card, there is a cost of $10.00. This fee is required by our fuel partners and goes directly to that specific fuel merchant, not Open Roads. There is a transaction fee of 40 or 65 cents depending on the specified fueling location. If you choose to fuel at a location that is not in-network, there will be a $1.00 per transaction fee charged.
The Open Roads app will clearly show you all locations in our discount network. For example, if the retail cost is $3.00 per gallon and our cost is $2.50 per gallon, our fee will be 5 cents per gallon, or 10% of the 50 cents your saved at the pump. Our fee is 10% of the savings per gallon for personal vehicles. If you don't have a Social Security Number, you may use your Social Insurance Number. The account must allow for ACH withdrawals from a US based Company. The account will require a US Bank Routing Number (it will be 9 digits).

If you are wanting it overnighted, you will need to make sure you click on the instant bank verification process as the other two options take several days to verify.įor all our Canadian clients, Open Roads requires a US Bank Account with US Currency.
For the 48 hour processing, your card will go in the mail no later than two business days after we receive your application in our software. Please note, if you choose the overnight option, your card will get mailed out the next business day after we receive your application in our software. If you are Canadian and need your card overnighted to Canada, the charge for shipping your card will be $120.

If you would like overnight delivery, it will be sent by FedEx for an additional fee of $55 plus the expedited fee of $20 for a total of $75. This means that we will send your card via USPS within two business days. If you need your application processed within 48 hours we have an expedited option that is an additional charge of $20. We are at least 15-20 days out on getting your card in the mail to you from the day we receive your application. If you are selecting the overnight option, please email with the address you want it to shipped to. When filling out the application, please put your permanent address. We will not process the application without this information.

With a field full of vans and van lifers, we couldn’t help but scope out the scene to check out some cool and creative rigs to get some inspiration and new ideas.We do require your bank account and social security number. Whether it’s a bold design, a custom DIY build-out, or small details that make it unique, this weekend proved that there’s no right way to do van life and that the variety is what makes it so much fun. One of the best parts about Open Roads Fest was having a chance to see all of the cool camper vans that rolled into the festival and who was behind the wheel. From skidding down the windy berms of their world-class mountain biking trails, to paddling out on the reservoir, and soaking in all the valuable van life tips from the amazing sponsors and speakers of Open Roads Fest, it reminded us of the many reasons why we love van life. The beautiful sprawling ranch gave us all a chance to reset, reconnect, and do what we love most: get outside and get together. In July of 2019, Bearfoot Theory hosted the first-ever Open Roads Fest at Jug Mountain Ranch in McCall, Idaho.
